Kanishka is a second-year graduate student in Biomedical Engineering currently conducting research into mesenchymal stem cell signaling pathways. She has previously had the opportunity to work in the academic, clinical, and industrial aspects of research and product development in biomedical engineering and thoroughly enjoyed the creative problem solving and diverse collaboration required in product development. Kanishka has previously worked with and continue to has an interest in medical devices and nanotechnology for various healthcare applications.
